Description

When a team wins, Humiliation is innitiated for the loosing team. A copuple of things happen, for exaple a speed change is applied (making winners 10% faster and loosers 10% slower).
Based on that feature I suggest:

  1. Resetting the timer on any item that is on cooldown (ex. mad milk, splendid screen etc.) so that it will be immediately usable
  2. Automatically respawning any player on the winning team (so that they don't have to change class to rejoin)
