I would like to be able to tell hey to start a new timer that starts immediately after the last timer ended.

So,

  1. find the most recently ended timer
  2. start a new timer 1 minute after that. Note that if the last one ended at 59 minutes the new one should start at 0 minutes. Ignore seconds

UX something like

hey start after [last|id] @foo +bar

no time adjustment would be supported in this interface.
