Mizuno does not seem to respond to the -E flag #20

I'm trying to set the environment to production but no matter what it seems to default to development.

The command I'm trying is: mizuno -E production -p 3000

I've tried using jruby 1.6.6 and 1.6.7. I'm also using rvm.

Let me know if you need more info.

I current manually set RACK['RACK_ENV']
