mate-disk-usage-analyzer should list large files, too

Expected behaviour

Large files (> 100 MB) should be explicitly listed and displayed graphically.

Actual behaviour

Only directories are shown.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Scan a directory tree with a mix of large and small files.
