Add a bypass UAC bot command

I'm don't like how there isn't already a command to do this as some features require elevated permissions (despite UAC being at level 0 from Control Panel). I manually added the RAT to startup and it doesn't bypass UAC anymore.

A command to bypass UAC, just like moom825/DiscordRAT2.0 located here

This would bypass UAC on the computer so the commands that require elevated permissions can execute easily without running the RAT away from startup.

with the current implementation, uac bypass is supposed to be the first thing that runs meaning that it activates automatically. For that reason a command w2ould be pointless.
