This is 600px wide, with 3 mwc-icon-buttons in a <div> in the actionItems slot. May only affect centerTitle.

I've actually been removing centerTitle in #379 because there is no design guidelines for a centered title.

No opinion, I'd check with MDC/spec folks.

There might still be an issue with the right-side icons even if there was no title though, no?

This issue with action items being misaligned was fixed in #379, but note there is now a new issue affecting the prominent layout, see #429
