none of the export options export the tonal palettes (ref) for custom colors (aka. extended, static colors).
the theme builder seems to calculate and shows them in the web version, but it is not possible to export these values and not even to copy/paste them manually from the UI.
tested with figma-plugin and material theme builder in the web.

Yeah, this is something that needs to be fixed ASAP.
The material guidelines explicitly mention that designers should be able to create their own tokens by specifying a reference tone. If there's no reference tone, then how are we supposed to define custom color roles?
