Add "RAIL" material 3

Context

I would like you to add the material scss to have the possibility of putting a rail on the left or right side (see material spec 3) beer adding it is not optimized for the shot but it is a start.

I think we can do this in the next release (2.1.1). I am planning to do 2.1.0 for now because there were many changes and clean ups in the internal scss variables.
