Rename pymks to

MatML (already taken by another package I think)
Ma-di ??? (Microstructure descriptors ???)
MatMaL (Materials Machine Learning) or MatMaLe
MiDeE [mi-di] - Microstructure Descriptor Explorer

Move PyMKS to usnistgov?
