Include https://github.com/github/gitignore and https://github.com/simonwhitaker/gitignore-boilerplates. AFAICT, they're universally useful.

This is a quick check to see if you'd find this useful.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I only use 5% (at most) of the languages in those repositories, so I’d rather stick to a simple, concise .gitignore.
