Would there be a way to run IceR using the code directly? I have tried to run the shiny app on a linux server and a Vetura macOS, in both cases the shiny app is unable to run. Both cases I crashed when trying to select the files.

Hi, first to answer your question: Yes, it is possible to run the respective IceR functions individually. Please have a look in inst/shiny/IceR_UI/app.R to see the order of function calls.

However, maybe it would be more interesting to spot the issue which prevents the shiny app to start. What error is displayed? Can you please provide:

  • Complete console output
  • OS version
  • R version
