Hi,

We started having some issues with this validation.

It makes sense to have a validation here, but for 2000 characters and not 255.

Could you advise why there's a 255 characters validation here?

I've had a look in SagePay API documentation and I can see that this is an imposed limit. Nothing we can do for now :(

Hi, Ignore this issue. We can now see that the 255 is the limit imposed by SagePage API. We will correct the issue on our side. Thanks
