I'm working on that. I added a new EventType called 'FLEX' which can specify the flex time per day. If it is not set, the global configured time is used.
I'll open a pull request once I'm done. If you already want to have a look at the code: https://github.com/dirkmb/trackworktime/tree/flex_time_per_day
