Toggle mode for macro activation #253

The macro is initially inactive.
Press the trigger: the macro is activated
Press the trigger again: the macro is deactivated.

matlo added enhancement and removed enhancement labels

matlo changed the title ~~Deactivate the macro when the trigger is pressed again.~~ Toggle mode for macro activation

Two instructions have been added:
INIT ON/OFF
TOGGLE YES/NO
