Deploying a new mamoto instance requires accessing the wizard to configure admin username and password.
In a public server this is a race condition. Basically anyone can access this public mamoto instance and configure it before the admin.

An option should be provided to preconfigure admin username and password. For example providing env variables:
MAMOTO_ADMIN_USER=
MAMOTO_ADMIN_PASSWORD=

Unfortunately Matomo does not supported scripted installations: matomo-org/matomo#10257
