The goal of this issue is to understand why the auto updater sometimes does not seem to extract all files from the new Piwik package properly.
This was reported recently in forums - the user used one-click upgrade, and then got some error message.
Maybe this occurs when the one-click upgrade is cancelled in the middle of the process?
Note that in case most files are extracted properly and the page renders, the first page to render should show a warning that the integrity files check failed for some files. Maybe we should make this warning more visible / obvious

For the second time in a row after auto updating, I get the message:
"Your Piwik codebase is running the old version 2.11.2 and we have detected that your Piwik Database has already been upgraded to the newer version 2.12.0. Maybe your Piwik administrators are currently finishing the upgrade process. Please try again in a few minutes. If you still have this issue please contact your Piwik administrator for assistance."
So then I have to install the upgrade manually and everything works fine again. I hope this will get fixed.
