Its license is not a common Free one, though that doesn't preclude it from being Free. However, before getting into those weeds, is it really needed? I don't see 'delicious' mentioned anywhere but the readme.

It's only for the small caps example on page 2. There are no too many fonts with actual small caps and while looking for one, I stubmled on this one. If this is a problem, I'll search for another free one.

That was easy: https://www.1001fonts.com/small-caps+google-web-fonts.html. I need to find one with proper license now.

I recognize at least Alegreya, Cinzel, and EB Garamond as reasonably licensed, but if this list is all from Google Fonts, then it's possible all of them are.
