As a user, I'd like to customize the fave-icon of my ha-fusion page.

Why? I've bookmarked my ha-fusion on the homepage of my iOS device, and iOS takes the favi-icon of a webpage when bookmarking it.

as a workaround, add your own favicon through the docker compose

- /path/to/your/favicon.png:/app/build/client/favicon.png
