Installation

Requirements

  • PHP Version ≥ 7.4
  • Web Server: Apache or Nginx
  • Database: MySQL

Important: If you have not yet installed Composer: Installation - Linux / Unix / OSX

Git Clone

Attention: Support for password authentication was removed on August 13, 2021. Please use a personal access token (PAT) instead. Creating a personal access token

$ git clone https://github.com/MatteoRubagotti/ranked-padel.git
$ Username for 'https://github.com': username
$ Password for 'https://username@github.com': personalAccessToken
$ cd ranked-padel

Run the update command to download and install automatically all dependencies:

$ composer update

Configuration

Remember: Create the database on your MySQLServer with the name and user (with all privileges) below before run artisan command.

DB_NAME=RankedPadelDB
DB_USERNAME=root
DB_PASSWORD=root

The migrate:fresh command will drop all tables from the database and then execute the migrate command:

$ php artisan migrate:fresh --seed

Start Laravel's local development server using the serve command:

$ php artisan serve
