Bug: Focalboard Personal Desktop for Windows is broken

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. On a Windows machine, download focalboard-win.zip from https://github.com/mattermost/focalboard/releases/download/v7.2.0/focalboard-win.zip or from https://focalboard-builds.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/focalboard-win.zip
2. Unzip the file and run Focalboard.exe
3. See error - The app loads but only shows 2 templates. Clicking on any template results in a blank screen. Restarting the app results in a blank screen. Some users reporting a completely blank screen upon loading.

Expected behavior

App loads normally with all the templates and sidebar visible.

I'm pretty sure its this same issue...#3683. I'll remove the windows app from release for now.

@AuspeXeu this would be fully rolled out for 7.4, which releases the middle of this month (Oct 2022), however you could try it locally using the release-7.4 branch, or on community.mattermost.com once mattermost/mattermost#21206 gets merged (community.mattermost.com is built daily)
