Feature Idea: Option to "Create New Category" under the "Move To..." option in the sidebar

Summary

Currently, when moving a board to another category from the sidebar, I can only select existing categories. There may be cases where I want to move the board to a new category. To do so, I'd first have to create the new category, then go back to the Options Menu (...) from the sidebar and move the board.

If we can add a "Create New Category" option under the existing categories in the menu (similar to Channels), it would allow users to easily move boards to a newly created category.

Requirements

1. On the Options Menu (...) for a board on the sidebar > Move To... > List of existing categories:
   a. Add a divider on the menu below the last category
   b. After the divider, add a new option for "New Category"
2. After user creates the new category, automatically move the board to the category
