Document: when using reverse proxy, connection security shouldn't be set to TLS #13989

It seems that if you’re using a reverse proxy - the Mattermost console option for Connection Security within Web Server settings must be set to None. Even though Use Let's Encrypt is set to false, somehow it seems Mattermost still thinks this option is enabled if Connection Security is set to TLS instead of None.

See more details at https://forum.mattermost.org/t/apache-client-sent-an-http-request-to-an-https-server/7763
