Built in tracking is not acceptable

Why have you build a tracking system that cannot be disabled into your system ?

@ostapski Diagnostic & Error telemetry data can be disabled via the System Console > Environment > Logging (or System Console > General > Logging > Enable Error and Diagnostics Reporting in versions prior to 5.12).

Telemetry data sent by the Security alert can be disabled as well in the System Console > Environment > SMTP (or System Console > Notifications > Email > Enable Security Alerts in versions prior to 5.12).
