Add potential profit/day figure and enable sorting by that column

The main thing that you need to add for it to be useful to people like me is the ability to sort the list not by quantity of items lost (which is mostly irrelevant) but the cumulative VALUE of those items. It's the cumulative value of each item and the profit margin at the local hub which traders care about. (Reddit comment link.)

Added in 6536b05. New column shows profit/day, based on the current profit margin and the number of items lost since recording began.
