Presently, the @col tag serializes to yaml, and produces the relevant sections for the block/topic in which it's documented.

In addition to this, it should write all columns to a single .Rd file, so that a common data-dict may exist.

Secondly, cross-package inheritance of columns should be doable - I'll document that in its own issue
