It should be nice to use Terraform Docker image instead of old fashion local installation of Terraform.

Todo:

Edit Makefile to use Docker image instead of local Terraform (https://hub.docker.com/r/hashicorp/terraform/tags)
Remove Terraform dependency from focumentation
