Whenever I try to play any stream from bein connect addon I keep getting "widevine license request failed" on LibreELEC. It's working fine on windows though.

Here is a logfile https://pastes.io/lsdgpbnvbu

Any help?

you dont have debug logging enabled in your log which makes it hard to debug.

I also no longer have access to a bein login so unable to test / confirm the issue
if you can help with that, see here: https://www.matthuisman.nz/2018/06/looking-for-logins.html

Here is a debugging log and I'll send you a bein login to test with. Thanks @matthuisman

thanks for log and login details

Ive tested and works ok for me.
If your using a VPN - check that their website / app works with it.
If it doesnt - then it wont work in kodi either

Oh, i just noticed "works fine on windows"
Possibly they are not allowing ARM devices as its failing at the WV request

I'm not using a VPN and the addon is working fine in the same household on the same connection but on a Windows machine.

I don't think the problem has to do with ARM since the device I'm running LibreELEC on isn't ARM-based, It's an old PC I repurposed as a HTPC.

On a side note is it possible for you if you have some free time to develop a TOD.TV addon? It's a subsidiary service to beIN that streams sports and movies. Thanks @matthuisman
