A method to to move vNext migrations to a new Migration/{version} folder, where version should be suggested and later validated by the versionstrategy in the project.
This method could be invoked by users homebuilt MigrationRunner.exe.

But what if scripts are not embedded resources? What if the user uses other implementations of IScript?
