Files do not work over uwsgi #3

File support over uwsgi (multipart form data) seem to be not working and just blocks.
Also, only supports (forces) http/1.0.

I know that this project is kind of abandoned and not very popular but it may save some time when someone stumbles upon it.

Files are working as intended, my bad. So it's only a matter of http/1.0 being forced but this may be fine for some cases. Thanks for your work!
