Allow whole of ICEcoder to change with theme #636

It's been requested a couple of times that the whole of ICEcoder changes when you change theme. eg, change to a white background theme for the editor could also apply to the file manager on the left, bar at the top etc.

This would be great and not too hard to cover in theory.
