Black screen on Kaby Lake GT2 #161

Currently, I see the black screen with the following configuration:

    Vendor: Intel Open Source Technology Center (0x8086)
    Device: Mesa DRI Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 (Kaby Lake GT2)  (0x5916)
    Version: 19.3.4

Qt version: Runtime 5.12.7, Compile 5.12.7
Plan: float32-opengl3.3-array

It seems that all plans are affected.

Version 3.4.0 works well.
