First release, but still working in nuget upload. List of updates in this version

Improved the project documentation Changed the bin command name to nilegacy
nilegacy -hThis version updates the filename of /bin/nilegacy, regarding issue #1 .
First release. Maven artifact upload is fully working.
This is a beta release. Need to work on the documentation and tests.
Next releases will deal with other processors - npm and nuget 😄
