Belong to your screen: did you tried to import an empty file?
When you import a file, there are predefined select inputs with required fields set. (you can know they are required when you see a little * after the label. Like License *

Nope, the file isn't empty (see attachment).
I also tried with a file without titled 1st line but the issue is the same.

So it's more about the import feature does not work at all on Linux.

By the way on this version (wasn't intented but will be helpful here), you can enable Devtools in window tab and see logs in realtime. I think it should provide some error informations when you're doing this import.

Okay, does this screenshot help ? Sorry, it exceeds my skills to debug this...I don't even know how to export log :/
