Can't edit Tags on Mautic 4.4.3

What happened?

I have updated to 4.4.3 from 4.1.2 version.
In the before version (4.1.2), I just click on the tags options, and edit the tag name.
But, when I update to 4.4.3 version, I cannot edit the tags name.
On this post have the prints about this bug where is the “field” blocked.

How can we reproduce this issue?

1: Install 4.4.3 version
2: create a new lead
3: edit and add a new tag
4: goto tag option in left menu.
5: try edit the tag.

I can confirm the same bug in 4.4.2

This is not a bug it is by design, please see the reasoning here: #10927 (comment).

If this behaviour needs to change we will need a PR which takes into account the concerns that were raised in that comment fully, and prevents any possible negative consequences associated with editing existing tags.

Currently recommended process is create a new tag with the correct spelling, use a campaign to add that tag to everyone who had the old tag, then delete the mis-spelled tag.
