Feature request: "Is one of" operator with comma seperated values

In the segments section, I would like to see an "Is one of"operator which will accept comma separated values afterwards. So for example, I would have (PET (is one of) Dog, Cat, Fish, Iguana).
This type of feature would be very helpful.
