This will bloat mima-cli, as it will need to pull in: indexer-core and its dependencies like Lucene, etc.

Commands could be:

index - would index a local or any repository
update - if index of remote repository, would attempt to download published indexes
etc

Maybe would be best if focus is on LRM and provide full index (as opposed to Central neutered one), providing full dataset using all index creators.
