What about a inverse mode?
Like, wait until a port is not available.

Seems a good feature. But I don't have any case I would need that. So I will not implement that. But I would gladly accept a pull request for that.

@blasrodriguez Let me share a tool I've written in Go with inverse mode support and which has the same purpose of this project https://github.com/atkrad/wait4x.
