If someone accidentally double-joins, you have to create a new room at the moment

What's left to do:

There is no "You're not part of this game" page
Players who aren't part of a game can still start the game for the others
There should be a confirmation dialog asking if you really want to remove someone
Self-remove is not implemented (where should you be redirected if you leave?)
