All citizens as well as the researcher and the two moderators completed two Q sorts each, one at the beginning and one at the end of the conference.

see timetable

Once completed, participants recorded their Q sorts on paper, Completed Q sorts were recorded on paper (by participants) and photographed (by the investigator).
