Bookmark folders don't always look consistent #1120

Folder popup width often too narrow resulting in bookmark item title text being truncated
Folder popup min and max width
Nested folders with long scrollable lists can result in the scrollbars rendering strangely (although this may be an issue due to my local browser's experimental flag options)
Subfolders are missing a caret icon (to help differentiate folders from links)
