The track streaming proxy is failing to deliver streams due to a bad implementation of partial content requests on it's side.
It seems that since 12.1, XBMC requests partial content from the beginning of the file, instead of requesting the whole file (HTTP 206 vs HTTP 200):
This is a fault on the streaming proxy's side, since it implements partial content handling badly.
