Add pre-set timer choices when clicking on Time Picker. #3

When clicking on Time Picker we currently have an ability to choose a time from minutes and seconds.
Add multiple buttons (considering good design) for 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute so it's faster to switch between timers.
