deprec3 introduces some major changes that make it
more powerful yet simpler in structure and usage.
# Now providing Rake tasks
Through the magic of bundler, deprec3 now provides
Rake tasks in addition to Capistrano tasks. The two
even work hand in hand with cap tasks calling rake
tasks by the same name on remote servers. Accessing
these rake tasks requires just a single Gemfile entry.

Run 'bundle' and you will now have deprec Rake tasks

deprec's inner magic has been extracted out into the
deprec-core rubygem. This means deprec is a lightweight
set of recipes. It also means creating your own recipe
gem is that much simpler because you can easily reuse
the magic in deprec-core

This solves the problem of Capistrano's default deploy tasks
having 'before' and 'after' tasks added when you're deploying
a project that isn't setup to use deprec.

This will download and compile nginx, and push out a config file without
generating a local copy. You don't need a config/ dir and you don't need
to have defined a :web role.
Meta-tasks (like deprec:rails:install_stack) can now pass a block of commands
to with_roles(roles).
config_gen and config are still available but it's now possible to install
a rails stack without generating any local files.
