Hello,

I'm not sure if anyone would response to my question since it seems this repository is not active. But thought to give it a try.

I'm trying to understand how the program works and would like to get it training new model with my own datasets. But the program seems incomplete. It's set for test trained model with 3 seqs. Has anyone had it working? Please share your advice.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
