Windows-type recovery tools (Hiren's, FalconFour) provide MiniXP Windows distirbutions. They'll boot properly when testing just that distribution (the GUI spawns qemu-system-x86_64 -boot d -cdrom /tmp/f4/F4UBCD-4.61.iso), but fails when booting the entire USB stick (the GUI spawns qemu-system-x86_64 -hda /dev/sdb -vga std). Booting it leads me to this error message:

INF file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing, status 10

Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit.

Something about the environment that mbusb is providing doesn't match the environment you'd get by imaging the distribution by itself. This goes for any MiniXP distribution; they work as individual images, but fail in multiboot, which seems to indicate that it's not providing a reasonably analogous environment.

This was previously reported as #105, which I can't reopen. Please let me know if there's any other information you need. I'm using python3-multibootusb 8.8.0-1 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
