rasdaemon does not support switch to disable events by config #125

Some events like block_rq_complete quite bothered me, it print so many logs i don't care about.Disable this event should recompile rasdaemon, which is not so convenient.It would be great to disable specified events in config file.

Do not waste your time hoping for an answer. This project is almost completely abandoned by the maintainer.
