Have you tried updating/reinstalling Health Estimate after you upgraded to V10? I fixed that issue at the start of the V10 Prototype 8991097

Unfortunately Health Estimate isn't even available in my list of modules. And reinstalling always brings be back to that error.

That's weird, just tried reinstalling and it worked. Could you try using the manifest URL instead? https://github.com/mclemente/healthEstimate/releases/download/29.2/module.json
