Local changes:
- Adding wiki pages to the sidebar TOC by ticking “Display in TOC” check-box on the edit page
- Wiki page comments thread (a-la issue updates history) with easy adding new comments and editing by the members of the project
- Wiki page change notification over e-mail
- Wiki page comments notification over e-mail
- Public “exists” action to check if a wiki page exists (for integration with external software)
- Full CamelCase wiki page names recognition support and transparent conversion to underscored version
