Create basic views for bigbluebutton_rails that will be used as default and as examples on how to developed views for this gem.

These views should also be tested. There's currently no view test in the project.

There's a view for every action, a generator to copy these views to the app and features testing the integration between bigbluebutton_rails and BigBlueButton that also test the views (see "/p/mconf/issues/detail?id=34": Issue 34 ).
