Create class for number of hours per day of employment

Is what is capture here the actual measured time or is it the specification of how much time a person is supposed to spent on their job(s)? Sorry, if that was already addressed.

I would like to amend the previously proposed definition to the follow: "A time measurement data item that is measured in hours and is about the sum of the duration(s) of process(es) that realize a bearer's job role in a given period of time."
